Description du poste

As part of a one- or two-year work-study in the Business Operations team, you will support the Demand Planning manager in his missions:

• Maintain forecasting tool : maintain master data, cleaning historical data, check algorithms, run forecast calculations, export data.
• Collect French and international sales data : in relation with the sales and marketing department and customers, this involves collecting information on market trends, products, opportunities, customer sales, customer inventory levels, etc.
• Analyze sales forecast data : comparison with historical data, analysis of bias and accuracy of information, analysis of consistency of trends by technology, product families, customer groups, brands…
• Communicate and prepare reports : prepare reports and present forecasts to sales and management.

Profil recherché

In higher education (Bac + 4/5) in supply chain, commerce or engineering, you know the Demand Planning processes.

You have a good knowledge of Excel and VBA. Knowledge of SAP and forecasting tool is a plus.

You are fluent in written and oral English. 

This work-study requires rigor and analytical ability.

You are curious, proactive and have a good relationship.

Finally, you are able to work independently.

Offer to be filled from September 2024.

Work-study based in the Bas-Chantenay district of Nantes.
